Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking bids from qualified and experienced offerors to procure fully equipped, law enforcement-ready motorcycles designed and manufactured specifically for police operations. The scope of work includes high-speed pursuit, traffic enforcement, emergency response, and extended patrol use, as well as comprehensive repair services, OEM parts supply, diagnostics, training, and ongoing technical support necessary to maintain fleet operational readiness for the City of Atlanta Police Department.
• The contract will be for the procurement of police pursuit motorcycles and related services.
• The City of Atlanta reserves the right to increase or modify the size, scale, volume, type, or quantity of goods or services required under this solicitation.
• The contract will include terms and conditions substantially in the form attached as Contract Terms in Oracle Cloud Application.
• Offerors must complete and submit the Contract Employment Report (CER) form as part of the bid submission.
• The City of Atlanta has implemented a policy regarding non-discrimination by firms doing business with the City of Atlanta.
