RFP - PAB Liquid Argon Dewar Lease and Filling

The Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking a proposal for the PAB Liquid Argon Dewar Lease and Filling at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory campus in Batavia, Illinois. The proposal should include a firm-fixed-price subcontract for the lease and filling of liquid argon dewars. The period of performance is expected to be 2 years with options for 3 additional years. The proposal will be evaluated based on technical, price, and responsibility factors. • The technical factor will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis, with the proposal needing to meet the specifications outlined in the attachment A - PAB Liquid Argon Dewar Lease and Filling Specification. • The price factor will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness, with the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable offerors being selected for award. • The responsibility factor will include a determination of the prospective awardee's responsiveness and responsibility in accordance with applicable procurement standards.
