Description
The DeKalb County School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide District Wide Evening Preventative HVAC Maintenance Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years.
• The vendor must have experience in providing HVAC maintenance services to large organizations.
• The vendor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality services and meeting deadlines.
• The vendor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services.
• The vendor must have a plan in place for emergency situations and be able to respond quickly to unexpected issues.
• The vendor must be able to provide documentation of their experience and qualifications.
