Audio/Visual Services for Main Library Opening Events

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is seeking an experienced audio‑visual production firm to provide full‑service AV support for five high‑profile opening events at its new Main Library in spring 2027. The contractor will plan, install, operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, video, staging, and related equipment, integrating library‑owned gear where feasible, and will supply qualified technicians for rehearsals and live events. Scope includes detailed event‑by‑event production plans, equipment schedules, change‑over logistics, and on‑site technical leadership.
