TOS No. 107 - Lighthouse Street Pedestrian Bridge Over Ballona Lagoon Rehabilitation

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering, is seeking a consultant to provide pre-design and design services for the Lighthouse Street Pedestrian Bridge over Ballona Lagoon. The scope of work includes preparing a Pre-Design Report, geotechnical engineering report, and optional plan, specifications, and estimates (PS&E). The project involves bridge inspection, material testing, load rating analysis, historic resource evaluation, alternatives analysis, schedule development, and a Class C cost estimate. • The consultant must register any subconsultants with RAMP. • The project is part of the Pre-Qualified On-Call Bridge/Civil Engineering and Other Design Support Services Consultants List. • The City of Los Angeles requires a Non-Collusion Affidavit as part of the proposal. • The proposal must include a Cost Proposal Worksheet and other supporting documents.
