NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE MINXRAY, INC.

The Collier County Domestic Animal Services (DAS) is seeking to purchase the Enduras Wireless Portable Digital Radiography System, including all components, from MinXray, Inc. The system will provide DAS veterinarians with a portable and easy-to-use digital radiography system, allowing them to better serve the animals in their care. The purchase will also include continued online support, image cloud software storage, maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts. • The system includes a digital detector, laptop computer, and TR90B X-ray generator. • The cloud solution offered by MinXray will allow for safe-keeping of all imaging without requiring the County to purchase an additional cloud storage system. • The proposed contract period is from August 3, 2026, to August 2, 2031.
