DEMO PHASE 19

The Demolition Phase 19 contract at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL, is a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing 5 buildings/facilities and adhering to various guidance and regulations, including Unified Facilities Criteria, Air Force Standards, and Department of Defense Directives. The contract will be awarded to a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The period of performance is for TBD calendar days total after notice to proceed. • The contractor must adhere to various codes, regulations, and specifications, including UFC 3-250-01, UFC 3-250-03, and OSHA Requirements. • The contractor must perform the required services in accordance with the SOW, applicable Construction Wage Rate, and all other contract terms and conditions. • The contract is being solicited as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. • The magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
