Description
The City of Milan is seeking engineering firms to provide services for the implementation of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The purpose of the project is to improve the sewerage system. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia. The city is looking for firms with experience in CDBG/EIP/RDF programs and other DCA grant programs. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering preliminary design services and, if funded, engineering services to implement the project.

• History of the firm and resources
• CDBG/EIP/RDF experience, including other DCA grant programs
• Key personnel/qualifications
• Current workload
• Scope and level of service proposed
• Experience with similar projects and a list of references
• Fees and/or Percentages associated with the Preliminary Architect Report (PER) and Design and Construction Management Services
• Errors and Omissions Insurance
• Statement of Qualifications Form
• Section 3 Certification Form (if applicable)
