Law Enforcement Rain and Winter Gear

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking competitive pricing for Law Enforcement Rain and Winter Gear. The contract will be effective for three years upon issuance of Purchase Order, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. Bidders must provide a price for each year the contract may be renewed. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularity in the submissions received. • The bidder must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to the bid opening. • The bidder must provide all necessary equipment to complete the job. • The bidder must supply all specified documentation when submitting a bid for this project. • The Commission encourages diversity in its procurement program and requests that all subcontracting opportunities afforded by this solicitation enthusiastically embrace diversity.
