81626P0006-RFP - STI and Sexual Health Services Among Uninsured New Yorkers

The NYC Health Department is seeking up to three contractors to provide STI services for uninsured New Yorkers who reside in neighborhoods with the highest chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis case rates. The contractors will provide STI screening and treatment services, and will be paid a combination of rates per clinic visit and agency-set fees for requested reports and quality improvement activities. The contract term is anticipated to be 6 years, with no renewal options, depending on the availability of funds. • The contractors will be responsible for providing comprehensive and timely screening and treatment for STIs, including chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. • The contractors will be required to have a valid Vendor Number in the New York City Financial Management System (FMS) and to comply with the City's Health and Human Service Cost Policy and Procedures Manual. • The contractors will be evaluated based on their approach to budget management, their capacity to establish and manage appropriate operating budgets, and their ability to provide high-quality STI services.
