The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations for a Lennox 20 Ton HVAC Direct Replacement for the Oncology HVAC unit at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center. The replacement must be a brand name only, and the vendor must provide an OEM letter from the manufacturer. The contractor must deliver the replacement within 60 days from the contract award. The government will evaluate quotes based on the best benefit to the government at a reasonable price. • The contractor must provide a price quote for each CLIN delineated in Attachment 2. • The contractor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system. • The contractor must provide new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items only, with no used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation.
