Radiation Monitors Calibration

The City of El Paso is seeking a supplier to provide calibration services for radiation monitors. The monitors are used by the Department of Public Health for population monitoring and require annual calibration to ensure accurate readings. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for multiple years, and the total contract value should not exceed $49,999.99 per annum or $100,000 for multiple years. The successful bidder will be required to provide calibration services for 33 Ludlum Model 26-1 Radiation Monitors and 1 Ludlum Model 25 Radiation Monitor. Key considerations for this project include: • The ability to provide calibration services within a short timeframe (7 consecutive calendar days) • The ability to respond to emergency delivery requests • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to wage theft and lobbying • The provision of required documentation, including certifications and disclosures Some of the key requirements for the bidder include: • Submission of a completed bid form • Provision of a company organization certificate and DBA certificate (if applicable) • Completion of an affidavit stating the company's names and any previous names used • Disclosure of any prior or pending litigation, acquisitions/mergers, or other relevant information • Certification regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion The City of El Paso reserves the right to accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid, and the contract will be awarded based on the most advantageous project bid.
