The Gadsden Independent School District is seeking qualified design firms to provide full‑service architectural and engineering design for a four‑room Pre‑K classroom addition at the Chaparral On Track Center. The scope covers programming, schematic, design development, construction documents, bidding assistance, construction administration, and post‑construction warranty inspections, with an emphasis on EnergyStar compliance and coordination with the New Mexico Public School Facilities Authority’s performance‑assurance program.
