00018 - XRD Diffractometer System

The U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), is seeking information and solutions for an XRD Diffractometer System. The proposed acquisition will be classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The contractor shall provide the equipment and services for the XRD Diffractometer System as discussed in the attached PWS. The equipment shall meet all Buy American Act (BAA) Requirements. • The contractor must demonstrate their experience and capacity to meet the minimum requirements as outlined in Section 3. • Responses must be specific to each of the requirements and listed to demonstrate that the respondent has the requisite resources, skills, and experience. • The contractor shall provide a company description and discussion of company capabilities that demonstrate expertise and experience required to successfully provide tasks outlined in the RFI. • The contractor shall provide a general summary of approach to accomplishing the requirements listed in Section 3.
