Emergency Sanitary/ Storm Sewer Jetting Services

The City of El Mirage is seeking a qualified contractor to provide emergency sanitary and storm sewer jetting services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. The scope of work includes inspecting upstream and downstream manholes to determine blockage location, jetting sewer trunk lines, collector mains, and interceptor mains to remove obstructions, and providing traffic control and proper collection, hauling, and disposal of septage and jetting byproducts. The contractor must have experience in municipal sewer and storm system jetting and must be able to respond to emergency calls within a two-hour time frame. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their experience, qualifications, and pricing for the services. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their response time, price, and qualifications. • The contract will be for a three-year term, with a fixed not-to-exceed contract amount. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
