Liberty Park Renovation

The City of Boise is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate Liberty Park. The work includes demolition of existing hard‑scape, grading, utility installation, construction of a new prefabricated restroom, addition of an on‑street ADA‑compliant parking stall, installation of concrete walkways, new irrigation system, playground equipment, and associated site amenities such as benches, bike racks, and drinking fountains. The project is broken into 12 lump‑sum service line items covering mobilization, erosion control, demolition, utilities, right‑of‑way improvements, grading, hardscape, site amenities, playground pad, restroom, irrigation, and landscaping. A 5 % bid security is required, and the contract must comply with Davis‑Bacon, Build‑America/Buy‑America, and Idaho public‑works licensing requirements. • Renovate playground, add ADA parking stall, and install a new restroom with full utilities. • Provide concrete walkways, grading, erosion control, and right‑of‑way improvements on W.
