Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the delivery of stone and aggregate to established locations throughout the state of West Virginia. The contract is open-ended and continuing, and vendors will be required to provide materials that meet or exceed the mandatory requirements specified in the solicitation. The materials include fine aggregate, trail surface aggregate, coarse aggregate, crushed stone, rip rap, stone for gabions, shot rock, abrasives, cinders, aggregate for base and sub-base, and other materials. Vendors will be required to provide pricing for each contract item, and the pricing pages are available in the wvOASIS system. The contract award will be based on the lowest overall total cost, and vendors will be required to factor in delivery costs to the designated location.
