Description
Texas Woman’s University is seeking a vendor to provide promotional products and apparel for all campuses. The contract term is anticipated to be three years, with the option for a one-year renewal. The successful proposer will be required to provide a range of promotional items, including screen-printed T-shirts, hats, and other apparel, as well as writing instruments, bags, and other products. The proposer must also provide pricing for the items included in Exhibit A, which will be used for evaluation purposes.
• The proposer must be licensed prior to production and distribution.
• The proposer must provide pricing for all items included in Exhibit A.
• The proposer must be able to deliver products within 5-7 days of receipt of order.
• The proposer must abide by all copyright and trademark laws and adhere to official TWU graphics standards.
• The proposer must provide a website that allows TWU employees to view available products and custom items online with TWU pricing.
