7A--Notice of Intent to Sole Source for service contract agreement for the Thermo-C

The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Thermo-Calc Software for a proprietary perpetual network license, including NWL TC-Python, NWL Precipitation Module, and maintenance/support. The Period Of Performance (POP) is 12 months from the award date. The NETL requires this software to ensure compatibility with their existing infrastructure and to avoid losing historical data and research data.
