Description
The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services at the Grupo 08 Callao facility. The contractor will be responsible for performing janitorial work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services. The contract will be for a one-year period, with a possible one-year extension. The contractor will provide two cleaning operators and a supervisor to perform the cleaning tasks. The contractor will also provide all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment.
• The contractor will be responsible for cleaning all designated spaces, including offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways.
• The contractor will provide a firm-fixed-price proposal to the Contracting Officer covering all services of this project.
• The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis, with payments due 30 days after receipt of a proper invoice.
• The contractor will be required to provide insurance certificates and to ensure that all employees have valid labor insurance coverage.
• The contractor will be responsible for delivering cleaning materials on the first day of every month, or the previous business day.
