Description
Rowan University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide testing, inspection, certification, maintenance and repair services for its campus safety‑shower and eyewash units. The work covers roughly 100 units (92 eyewash stations and 8 combined eyewash/shower units) across the Glassboro campus, with possible inclusion of the Camden campus. The contractor must conduct annual testing and certification per ANSI Z358.1, respond to emergency service calls within one hour, and non‑emergency calls within four hours. Deliverables include inspection reports, repair documentation, timely invoicing, and maintenance of records for five years. The contract is a one‑year base period with up to two optional one‑year renewals, subject to budget approval.

• Provide repair services limited to the units themselves, with documentation submitted within 14 days of completion.
