Disaster Recovery CDBG-DR for Oregon and Gray Road

The County is seeking a professional program/construction management firm to provide a broad range of services under the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) fund. The firm will oversee housing reconstruction and rehabilitation project implementation, including outreach, case management, eligibility determination, construction oversight, and compliance. The project will involve approximately 50 homes in the Medical Lake and Elk areas. The consultant will work remotely with the HCD team but must be licensed to work in the State of Washington.
