Description
The Military Sealift Command Norfolk is seeking a 50-day dry cargo time charter. The charter will commence on one of three possible dates: 29 August 2026, 02 September 2026, or 06 September 2026. Offerors must indicate which laydays they are willing to consider and provide a vessel itinerary confirming that the vessel can meet the layday(s) as specified.
