Description
The American Embassy Asuncion, Paraguay requires preventive maintenance services for the Consular Audiovisual (AV) System (Intercom, Paging, & Displays). The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance inspections, providing trained technicians, and maintaining a supply of expendable and common parts on site. The contract will be for a period of one year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance.
• The contractor must have experience with similar Consular AV Systems with teller windows, integrated microphones, and speaker systems and displays.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary materials and supplies to maintain, service, inspect and test all the systems to be maintained.
• The contractor shall maintain satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, cleanliness, appearance, and integrity.
• The contractor shall provide a typewritten report to Post Facilities Manager containing system information, pass/fail of each feature and type of component tested, and any comments on system condition.
