Mowing and Grounds Maintenance for All City of Waco Fire Stations

The City of Waco is seeking a contractor to provide mowing and grounds maintenance services for all City of Waco Fire Stations. The contract will be for 1 year with 4 optional renewals. The work includes mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, and removing litter from turf and landscape areas. The contractor will also be responsible for fertilizing and pruning shrubs and vines, as well as controlling weeds and pests. The City of Waco has 17 fire stations that require maintenance. • The contractor will be required to provide liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000. • The contractor will be required to submit photos of all mowed properties with each invoice. • The contractor will be responsible for removing all refuse resulting from the maintenance operation of properties. • The contractor will be required to provide a drug-free workplace. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Texas Public Information Act.
