Gwinnett County, GA seeks a vendor to provide a full‑service emergency‑medical‑patient‑billing solution on a one‑year contract with up to four optional renewal years. The contractor must deliver an electronic billing platform that integrates with the County’s existing ePCR system, handles electronic claim submission to Medicare/Medicaid and commercial carriers, and supplies comprehensive reporting, data access, and multilingual citizen support. Payment is based on a negotiated percentage of collected revenues, not a fixed dollar amount.
