Thrive Walk-In Cooler

YES Prep Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to remodel an existing space into a Storage Room, including the installation of a new walk-in cooler and associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The project will be located at the Thrive Campus, 8222 Manchester, Houston, TX 77012. The contractor must have administrative and fiscal capability as well as experience to provide and manage the services requested. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and orders of all authorities having jurisdiction over the contract. • The scope of work includes the installation of a new walk-in cooler and associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. • The contractor must provide a warranty and support for any equipment installed. • The contractor must possess or be able to obtain adequate financial resources as required to perform under any contract resulting from this procurement solicitation. • The contractor must have a responsible safety record, as detailed in this procurement solicitation. • The contractor must be able to obtain payment and performance bonds if requested. • The contractor must comply with all prevailing wage rate requirements. • The contractor must be able to obtain all required permits. • The contractor must submit all required proposal forms, including the Vendor Information Package, Project management and implementation plan and timeline, Cost, Proof of licensing/credentials, and other attachments.
