Description
The City of Bismarck is seeking architectural services for the construction of a new fire station in South Bismarck. The successful applicant will provide consulting services for preliminary design, cost estimate, design, contract documents preparation, bidding, and contract administration. The selection committee will recommend a single firm to the Board of City Commissioners based on statements of qualification and/or oral interviews.
Key considerations for the selection include:
• Technical capabilities of the firm and proposed project team
• Experience and performance of the firm and proposed project team
• Understanding of the project and proposed work approach
• Knowledge of regulations and local conditions
• Ability to respond in a timely manner
• Availability of qualified personnel
• Experience with similar type of projects
