Description
The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Right-of-Way Acquisition Legal Services for the Bomar Road Improvements/Lee Road Extension Project. The selected consultant will provide title searches, closings, title certifications, and condemnation services. The project is expected to last 12-16 months. The consultant will work with the Douglas County Land Acquisition Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the Right of Way phase.
Key services to be provided include:
• Title Search/Preliminary Title/Owner Verification
• Closing/Final Title Certificate
• Condemnation
• Final Right-of-way Certification
The consultant must have experience in providing similar services and must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
