The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to determine if there are small business sources capable of providing HVAC System Controls & Services for the Omaha VA Medical Center. The services include examination, cleaning, and recalibration of sensors/thermostats, humidity controls, temperature controls, pressure controls, relays, damper actuators, and other accessories. The contractor shall be an authorized service provider of the entire existing Schneider Electric EcoStruxure System. • The services will be performed at the Omaha VA Medical Center, 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105. • The contractor shall provide written proof of status as an authorized service provider from the corporate headquarters. • The small business size standard is $19 million. • The Product Service Code (PSC) is J041 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors). • The NAICS code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors).
