The State of South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking a five‑year lease of a DxH 690T hematology analyzer for its Kirkland Correctional Institution Infirmary, including full equipment, consumables, preventive maintenance, training, and a second UPS. The contract is a sealed‑bid, paper‑only solicitation; the lowest responsible and responsive bidder will be awarded.
