Description
Westbury Union Free School District is seeking a qualified construction‑management firm to provide comprehensive CM services for various school‑district facilities throughout the 2026‑2027 fiscal year, with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for pre‑construction planning, on‑site supervision, quality control, compliance with state education regulations, and regular reporting to the Board of Education and district architects. Compensation is based on a percentage fee of the “Cost of the Work” plus hourly rates for staff categories, with no fixed ceiling disclosed.
• Provide value‑engineering, scheduling, estimating, and coordination of pre‑construction activities (soil borings, testing, mock‑ups).
