Description
The US Army intends to award a sole-source contract to The Chariot Group for SIPR connections. The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price and will have a period of performance of three months. The contractor will be required to provide a full suite of telecommunications and data services, including voice services, internet services, video services, and business support. The justification for the sole-source award is that only one vendor, The Chariot Group, possesses the existing infrastructure and capability to provide the required scope of services without incurring substantial and unacceptable delays and duplication of cost.
