Description
This solicitation calls for the supply, removal, installation, calibration, and documentation of nineteen particle‑counter units across two Gwinnett County water‑treatment filter plants. The contractor must provide the Chemtrac PC 3400 (or approved equivalent) particle counters, associated 4‑20 mA output boards, spare parts, and all labor required to replace existing equipment, perform field verification, and deliver comprehensive operating manuals and warranties. Installation will be phased, with two weeks at the Lanier Filter Plant, a one‑week gap, then one week at the Shoal Creek Filter Plant. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Replace 13 counters at Lanier (including one spare) and 6 counters at Shoal Creek.
• Provide full installation, calibration, start‑up, and certification services on site.
