Description
The State of South Carolina Department of Public Health is soliciting proposals from vendors to design, facilitate, and evaluate training for the South Carolina Community Violence Workshop. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a source of supply for the purchase of new supplies and/or equipment. The funds available for this project are limited to $43,000. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-free Workplace Act and the False Claims Act.
• The contractor will provide an all-inclusive price for the design, facilitation, and evaluation of the training.
• The contractor will ensure that all employees, agents, and subcontractors who may have access to confidential information are aware of and comply with the confidentiality requirements.
• The contractor will report any suspected fraud, waste, or abuse in agency programs to the Office of Internal Audits.
• The contractor will comply with the tobacco-free campus policy.
