Bid Lead Service Line Replacement- Phase 1

The City of Syracuse is seeking bids for the replacement of lead water services with new copper water services in residential dwellings. The project includes three contracts, each with a different number of replacements. The work includes site work, restoration, maintenance, and protection of traffic.
