Savannah State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, implement, configure, train on, and support a cloud‑based enterprise academic scheduling and resource management software solution. The award will be a single‑supplier contract with a one‑year base term and up to four optional one‑year renewals. The solution must support centralized course scheduling, conflict detection, automated and manual schedule creation, SSO integration (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, AD), WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, FERPA compliance, 99.5 % system uptime, and full integration with SIS, LMS, ERP, and facilities systems. The vendor must also deliver implementation services, training, ongoing maintenance, help‑desk support, and detailed reporting/analytics. • Mandatory technical capabilities: SaaS delivery, multi‑campus scheduling, conflict resolution, double‑booking prevention, SSO, authentication methods, 99.5 % uptime, WCAG 2.1 AA, FERPA, encryption, disaster recovery. • Required services: full‑stack implementation, data migration, configuration, integration, training, support, SLA‑based maintenance, and three higher‑education references. • Contract terms: 1‑year initial term, up to four one‑year renewals, standard Georgia state contract, insurance, tax‑compliance, e‑Verify, and other statutory requirements.
