The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Groton office intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Ithika Harbors, Inc. for the procurement of an online subscription to JSTOR Evidence Based Acquisition (EBA). The online resource is specifically configured to work with the NWC's electronic library management systems, including the Alma Library Service Platform, Primo discovery system, and Springshare library software. The NWC Library has subscribed to this online information resource collection for several years, and it is a resource that students and faculty rely on for their information needs.
• The contract is for a cloud-based online resource that is domain-authenticated, CAC authenticated, EZProxy authenticated, and/or IP authenticated.
