Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Seminole County Medical Examiner's Office

Seminole County is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction management services for a new Medical Examiner's Office facility. The selected CMAR will work closely with County staff and the design consultant throughout all phases of the project. Responsibilities during preconstruction will include detailed constructability reviews, cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and risk mitigation. During construction, the CMAR will manage all on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, oversee quality control, and ensure the project is completed on schedule and within the established Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Key aspects of the project include: • Providing preconstruction and construction management services for a new Medical Examiner's Office facility • Working closely with County staff and the design consultant throughout all phases of the project • Managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing quality control, and ensuring the project is completed on schedule and within the established GMP • Providing detailed constructability reviews, cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and risk mitigation during preconstruction • Ensuring the project is completed by March 30, 2029
