Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Corrections, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Canteen Camera Replacement at the East Canon Correctional Complex in Canon City, Colorado. The project includes providing new camera systems for the existing Canteen, located at the Fremont Correctional Facility (FCF). The scope of services includes installing new cameras, video servers, and storage, as well as connecting to the CDOC fiber backbone for remote viewing and playback on CDOC machines.
• The project requires the installation of new cameras, video servers, and storage.
• The contractor must provide and install Avigilon viewing and download software on six CDOC machines.
• The contractor must provide and install video system administrative software on two CDOC machines.
• The contractor must register and license all software in CDOC's name.
• The project has specific working hours, including 7am to 3pm Monday - Thursday for the New Canteen Production Area, and 6am to 4pm Monday - Thursday for the Old Canteen.
