Field Coordinator - Industry Navigator

The Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) Media Technology Pathways Development Grant (MTP3) is requesting proposals from contractors to provide a Field Coordinator/Industry Navigator. The Field Coordinator will assist the Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator in managing the Media Technology Project by supporting students, providing mentorship, and connecting them with relevant resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty members, industry stakeholders, and project team members. • The Field Coordinator will support curriculum delivery in schools, collaborate with faculty, build industry partnerships for mentoring and internships, assist with maintaining records and reports, and work with logistics to coordinate program events. • The contractor will participate in face-to-face or virtual meetings with the project team to ensure proper implementation of data gathering and evaluation needs. • The contractor will establish and oversee procedures to ensure confidentiality during all evaluation phases and aid in the review and assessment of existing data collection and data management systems. • The contractor will provide recommendations to support the successful implementation of the MTP3 grant and the acquisition of data.
