Description
The City of Columbus, Public Safety Department is seeking a vendor to provide an HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Printer, model M554dn. The printer should have a print speed of up to 35 ppm in both black and color, and a monthly duty cycle of up to 80,000 pages. The recommended monthly page volume is 2000 to 8500 pages. The printer should also have a 2.7-in QVGA LCD color graphics display with a 24-key pad, and be capable of mobile printing via HP ePrint, Apple AirPrint, and NFC touch-to-print.
• The printer should have a resolution of HP ImageREt 3600 for both black and color prints.
• The first page out time should be as fast as 6.6 seconds for black and 7.5 seconds for color.
• The printer should have automatic paper sensing and be capable of printing on various media sizes, including letter, legal, and custom sizes.
• The printer should have a standard 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 550-sheet input tray, with an optional 250-sheet output bin.
• The printer should have a one-year, next-business day, onsite warranty.
