Description
The City of Rocky Mount is seeking quotations for the supply of replacement pump parts necessary to support the continued operation and maintenance of existing pump equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The parts requested include various impellers, wear plates, seals, bearings, gaskets, flappers, and other associated components compatible with existing Gorman-Rupp pump equipment. The selected vendor will provide the specified parts or approved equivalents meeting the operational requirements of the City's Wastewater Treatment Division.
• The City intends to award this quotation to one vendor capable of supplying all required parts.
• All parts provided must be compatible with existing Gorman-Rupp pump equipment.
• Vendors proposing equivalent products must clearly identify the manufacturer, model, and part number of the proposed item and provide sufficient documentation demonstrating compatibility with existing equipment.
• The City reserves the right to reject any quoted item that does not meet compatibility or performance requirements.
