Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a sole source contract for food services to support the training of Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) cadets at Camp Minden in Louisiana. The contract will be for a period of 5 days, from 2 June to 6 June 2026, and will require the contractor to provide meal services for 240 cadets and 70 cadre. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and materials necessary to perform the services. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide a quality control plan and adhere to all applicable regulations and publications. Key services include:
• Providing meal services for 240 cadets and 70 cadre from 2-6 June 2026
• Preparing and serving meals during the specified times
