The scope of work includes the implementation of an iLottery platform, e-instant games, and draw-based games, as well as marketing and support services. • The solution must be able to support e-instant games and draw-based games. • The solution must be capable of personalized and proactive marketing automation. • The solution must be highly secure and scalable. • The solution must provide robust responsible gambling tools and player protection features. • The solution must be able to support the Lottery's retailer partners. • The solution must be flexible and able to meet the current and future needs of the Lottery.
