Description
Emmet County is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction services for the addition and/or replacement of generators and automatic transfer switches across five county facilities. The work will involve removing existing generator equipment where necessary, installing new generator units, integrating automatic transfer switches, and ensuring compliance with local codes and county standards. Contractors must submit three sealed hard‑copy bids by the stated deadline and attend a mandatory onsite visit to review the facilities.
• Scope includes procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of five generators and associated ATS equipment.
• Work must be performed at multiple locations: Emmet County Courthouse, EMS Eppler Building, Emmet County Sheriff’s Office, and Pellston Regional Airport.
