The Quantico National Cemetery is seeking a contractor to provide trash removal services for a base period of one year and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for collecting and disposing of non-hazardous waste, including plastic and aluminum beverage containers, magazines, newspapers, mixed office paper, and general office waste. The contractor must provide factory new or newly refurbished dumpsters and ensure that all waste is removed and disposed of in an environmentally safe manner. The contractor will also be responsible for cleaning up any spills or debris during the collection and disposal process. • The contract period is from 4/1/2026 through 3/31/3032. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and labor for the collection and disposal of waste. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a suitable location for the dumpsters and ensure that they do not interfere with cemetery operations. • The contractor must observe all traffic and parking regulations when on cemetery roadways.
