The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) is seeking qualified pharmaceutical suppliers to provide all medicines needed for its Correctional Managed Care (CMC) program on a blanket‑order, as‑needed basis. Bidders must complete Exhibit A price schedule, acknowledge this addendum, and may propose equivalent products with alternate NDCs provided bottle size matches. The contract will be a two‑year firm‑fixed‑price agreement with potential extensions and may be leveraged by other UT System entities.
• Supply of all pharmaceutical products listed in Exhibit A (dosage form, strength, package size).
• Ability to submit alternate NDCs in a new pricing column; bottle size must be identical.
• Electronic submission only (PDF/Office files, ≤10 MB) by Oct 7 2026, with required VetHUB subcontracting plan and multiple certifications (debarment, Texas “Buy Texas” preference, etc.).
• Contract term 2 years, blanket‑order period through Aug 31 2027, bid validity 180 days, early‑payment discount 2 % (Net 30).
