Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Maint/Repair/Inst for Washington County

The Washington County Facilities Division is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, repair, and installation services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units located in multiple buildings across the county. The contract will be based on time and material costs. The contractor will be required to provide annual maintenance and service on the county's UPS units, bi-annual service on the batteries, and scheduled replacement of UPS capacitors and batteries. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency response services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some key points to note about this opportunity include: • The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to a total of five years. • The contractor will be required to provide a written estimate for each non-scheduled service, sent to the Contract Administrator or their designee for approval, prior to the commencement of any work. • The contractor will be required to provide a written service/inspection report to the county's contract administrator for all work performed. • The contractor will be required to ensure that all employees assigned to this work successfully complete a County security background check before arriving on site and beginning any work.
