FRED Forensic Workstation or equal

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security, Division of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking a vendor to provide a FRED Forensic Workstation or equal. The workstation must meet specific requirements, including having an ATX tower case, 1200 watt modular power supply, liquid cooled CPU thermal solution, Intel Z890 motherboard chipset, Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, and other specifications. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the workstation meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. The vendor must also agree to adhere to the Confidentiality Policies and Information Security Accountability Requirements. • The workstation must have specific hardware and software components, including a CPU, RAM, graphics card, and storage devices. • The vendor must provide a three-year warranty for the workstation. • The vendor must comply with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia. • The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the Agency.
